一、大豆蛋白肽提取工藝流程
植物肽提取液經(jīng)預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)(10μm過濾系統(tǒng))過濾去除大部分可見性固體顆粒、殘渣等,以提高下道膜系統(tǒng)進料液的質(zhì)量;料液直接進入陶瓷膜微濾系統(tǒng),對物料進行澄清,透析液進入超濾系統(tǒng),雜質(zhì)等進一步被截住,目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品及鹽類、小分子單糖等透過膜芯,對透析液進行納濾脫鹽濃縮,最終得到有效成分;運行過程中,需對物料進行加水洗滌,以保證回收率。
納濾脫鹽濃縮系統(tǒng)出料為植物肽產(chǎn)品及溶劑水,納濾濃縮液進入后續(xù)工序進一步處理,納濾透析液則進入反滲透系統(tǒng),反滲透產(chǎn)水可回用至前段植物肽的制備、膜清洗、或回用于前段組合膜工藝中的加水洗滌工序,以實現(xiàn)循環(huán)、清潔生產(chǎn)。
