本裝置為中空纖維膜小型實(shí)驗(yàn)室超濾、微濾裝置,可同時適用于外壓式、內(nèi)壓式中空纖維膜,主要應(yīng)用于污水處理、澄清、分離、濃縮等過濾(高分子、細(xì)胞、微生物、病毒等)。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
1、穩(wěn)定的供料單元。采用小型隔膜泵,流量平穩(wěn),對制品無剛性擠壓、無剪切,該泵配置了直流調(diào)速,在調(diào)節(jié)閥壓力的共同作用下,可實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力、流量自由調(diào)節(jié),以適用不同廠家、不同精度的過濾條件。
2、便捷的操作。主機(jī)采用高級不銹鋼材料制成,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,高度集成,操循環(huán)體較小、使用簡單便捷。設(shè)備設(shè)置了流量、壓力等儀表,便于監(jiān)測過濾過程。管路采用醫(yī)用硅膠管,配備不銹鋼材料接頭,衛(wèi)生、安全,連接簡捷方便。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行體積小,只需常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)容器即可安全運(yùn)行。
3、寬泛的應(yīng)用。膜組件可按客戶要求,選擇不同的膜芯型號。根據(jù)不同的膜芯型號每小時處理料液量1.0~20升之間。常規(guī)適配過濾孔徑或截留分子量可選:6K、20K、67K、100K、0.1um、0.2um等。由于流量、壓力寬泛可調(diào),加上軟管連接,設(shè)備可容易適配不同廠家的膜芯。該系統(tǒng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥業(yè)的藥物開發(fā)、食品工業(yè)澄清過濾、污水處理的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析、生物技術(shù)的定性分析等等。
