微濾膜
微濾(MF):截留直徑大小在0.1um以上的物質(zhì),其基本原理是篩孔分離過程,微濾膜的材質(zhì)分為有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)兩大類,有機(jī)聚合物有醋酸纖維素、聚丙稀、聚碳酸酯、聚砜、聚酰胺等;無(wú)機(jī)膜材料有陶瓷和金屬等。鑒于微孔濾膜的分離特征,微孔濾膜的應(yīng)用范圍主要是從氣相和液相中截留微粒、細(xì)菌以及其它污染物,以達(dá)到凈化、分離、濃縮的目的。
膜材料
1、燒結(jié)金屬微孔濾膜(如不銹鋼);
2、 無(wú)機(jī)微孔濾膜(如氧化鋁、玻璃、二氧化硅等);
3、 有機(jī)高分子微孔濾膜(如聚乙烯、聚砜、聚酰胺、醋酸纖維素等)。
工作原理
一般認(rèn)為MF的分離機(jī)理為篩分機(jī)理,膜的物理結(jié)構(gòu)起決定作用。此外,吸附和電性能等因素對(duì)截留率也有影響。其有效分離范圍為0.1-10μm的粒子,操作靜壓差為0.01-0.2MPa。微孔濾膜的截留機(jī)理因其結(jié)構(gòu)上的差異而不盡相同。微濾膜允許大分子有機(jī)物和溶解性固體(無(wú)機(jī)鹽)等通過,但能阻擋住懸浮物、細(xì)菌、部分病毒及大尺度的膠體的透過,微濾膜兩側(cè)的運(yùn)行壓差(有效推動(dòng)力)一般為0.7bar
工業(yè)應(yīng)用
1、除去水中的細(xì)菌和其它微粒;
2、除去組織液、抗菌素、血清、血漿蛋白質(zhì)等多種溶液中的菌體;
3、除去飲料、酒類、醬油、醋等食品中的懸濁物、微生物和異味雜質(zhì)。
4、作為超濾、納濾、反滲透的預(yù)過濾;
