我國是世界******的青霉素生產(chǎn)基地之一,6-APA是最重要的半合成抗生素原料,通常由青霉素工業(yè)鉀鹽經(jīng)酶裂解制得。針對青霉素料液熱敏、極易降解、發(fā)酵液固含量高、分離難度等特點(diǎn),廈門福美科技有限公司采用陶瓷膜+卷式超濾+卷式納濾濃縮的全膜法組合技術(shù)工藝,配合酶解工藝由青霉素直通6-APA,全面改進(jìn)6-APA的生產(chǎn)工藝。工藝流程如下圖所示:
運(yùn)用全膜分離技術(shù)工藝的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下:
1、采用陶瓷膜微濾+卷式超濾技術(shù),替代轉(zhuǎn)鼓工序及萃取、反萃取工序,提高濾液質(zhì)量的同時(shí)完全取消溶媒和破乳劑的使用,降低生產(chǎn)成本,改善生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,降低環(huán)保壓力。
2、采用卷式納濾技術(shù),替代傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)晶工藝,超濾液在壓力的驅(qū)動下通過納濾膜,青霉素被截留濃縮,達(dá)到裂解底物濃度要求,直接裂解得到6-APA,縮短整體生產(chǎn)工藝,提高系統(tǒng)收率。
3、自動化程度好,程序化控制,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
