離子交換技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于稀有、貴金屬回收、重金屬去除、鉀鹽制備、鹽湖鹵水提鋰、稀有元素釩的富集與分離、鉬的提取與分離、稀土元素分離、同位素分離等領(lǐng)域。相比于傳統(tǒng)固定床或者模擬移動(dòng)床工藝,連續(xù)離子交換技術(shù)在運(yùn)行成本、能耗消耗、廢水減排等領(lǐng)域有著明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
以從煙氣中提取高錸酸銨為例,生產(chǎn)工藝如下:
鎢金礦焙燒后產(chǎn)生的煙氣經(jīng)過淋洗塔的水洗冷卻,煙氣中含有的高錸酸溶于水中,溶有高錸酸的水溶液循環(huán)對(duì)焙燒煙氣進(jìn)行淋洗,可以使高錸酸的濃度得到富集。收集高錸酸水溶液,過濾后將濾液用納濾膜設(shè)備對(duì)水溶液進(jìn)行濃縮 ;濃縮后的高錸酸水溶液通過裝填有吸附劑的FM-Sep連續(xù)離子交換設(shè)備,用解析劑對(duì)錸進(jìn)行洗脫,將收集到的洗脫液于 100℃下加熱濃縮,冷卻、結(jié)晶,便得到了高錸酸銨。
采用上述技術(shù)方案以鎢金礦焙燒后產(chǎn)生的煙氣為原料,利用納濾膜設(shè)備和連續(xù)離子交換設(shè)備來回收高錸酸銨,達(dá)到了資源回收利用,保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和環(huán)境效益。
