在能源危機和環(huán)境污染的雙重壓力下,以磷酸鐵鋰電池為代表的新能源電池扮演著十分重要的角色。目前采用水熱合成法生產磷酸鐵鋰,可以在液相中制備超微細顆粒,原料可以在分子級混合,具有物相均勻、粉體粒徑小以及操作簡便等優(yōu)點,且具有易量產、產品批量穩(wěn)定性好、原料價廉易得。但磷酸鐵鋰成品率低下,極大地影響了電池的性能,因此提高和改良工藝是電池產業(yè)化的一個重要的因素。久吾陶瓷超濾膜分離技術用于磷酸鐵鋰的微細顆粒洗滌處理,可使生產過程中的雜質成分及時脫除,利于產品成品率的提高。
