Application
海參性味甘、咸、溫,入心、肺、脾、腎經(jīng),具有滋陰補(bǔ)腎、養(yǎng)血益精的功效,有很高的滋補(bǔ)和藥用價(jià)值。海參是典型的高蛋白低脂肪食品,干海參蛋白質(zhì)含量高達(dá)55%。由于海參本身膠原蛋白的包裹作用,無(wú)論是新鮮產(chǎn)品或干制品水發(fā),蛋白質(zhì)都不能有效利用和吸收,有效利用率通常在20%左右。近年的研究證實(shí),如果直接攝入多肽,吸收程度幾乎達(dá)到100%。因此,用多肽代替蛋白質(zhì)來(lái)補(bǔ)充營(yíng)養(yǎng)可以獲得事半功倍的效果。
一、多肽分離傳統(tǒng)工藝
多肽屬于熱敏性物質(zhì),溫度、陽(yáng)光及空氣都會(huì)使其因降解而失活,大大降低其營(yíng)養(yǎng)及保健價(jià)值。從工藝及配方上進(jìn)行研究和調(diào)整,在提高海參多肽提取含量的同時(shí),力求在生產(chǎn)和儲(chǔ)存中******限度地保持其活性。采用傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝,存在工藝時(shí)間長(zhǎng),工序復(fù)雜,反復(fù)應(yīng)用有機(jī)溶劑等缺點(diǎn)。

二、多肽分離新的提取工藝
而采用福美科技有限公司的酶解+膜分離技術(shù)生產(chǎn)工藝,具有工序簡(jiǎn)單,生產(chǎn)時(shí)間短,多等級(jí)精度過濾等特點(diǎn)。海參酶解液經(jīng)過陶瓷膜系統(tǒng),去除未酶解完全以及不溶性顆粒物,為超濾膜和納濾膜系統(tǒng)提供合格的進(jìn)料液,陶瓷膜透析液進(jìn)入超濾膜系統(tǒng),通過超濾膜的分離作用,超濾膜濃縮液將回收分子量大于1W的有效物質(zhì),超濾膜透析液進(jìn)入納濾膜系統(tǒng),通過納濾膜的截留性能,脫除部分鹽類,同時(shí)納濾膜濃縮液能將超濾膜透析液中的有效物質(zhì)進(jìn)一步回收,提高收率。
