將陶瓷膜微濾技術(shù)用于精制黃芪水提液,比較了四種不同孔徑1990氧化鋁膜的分離性能,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)孔徑為 50nm 的陶瓷膜對(duì)黃芪水提液具有較好的分離效果,有效成分 ( 黃芪總皂苷) 轉(zhuǎn)移率達(dá)82% 。
以丹參與芍藥復(fù)方水煎液為對(duì)象,探討膜分離對(duì)藥液質(zhì)量和能量消耗的影響。通過對(duì)四種膜的超濾實(shí)驗(yàn),選取了截留分子質(zhì)量為 10kDa 中空纖維超濾膜為分離膜,對(duì)超濾分離液進(jìn)行反滲透濃縮,反滲透膜濃縮制得的產(chǎn)品中有效成分 ( 丹參酚酸和芍藥苷) 保留量高于減壓濃縮的 1 倍以上,而直接能耗只有減壓濃縮的 1 /10,時(shí)間為 1 /5; 表明將膜用于復(fù)方中藥的分離和濃縮是可行的,可顯著改善品質(zhì)和節(jié)約能源。
離心超濾對(duì)番紅花水提液成分的影響,用截留分子質(zhì)量為 1 kDa 到 100 kDa 之間的的 16 種不同離心超濾裝置 ( 膜材料為聚醚砜或再生纖維素) 分離番紅花水提液,結(jié)果表明,離心超濾大大的改進(jìn)了番紅花主要成分的比例,這使得控制番紅花酸酯類,番紅花苦苷和山柰酚苷類的比例成為可能,并可通過選用合適的膜對(duì)這幾種成分進(jìn)行純化。
