中藥提取過程除雜 在中藥提取過程中,采用膜分離技術(shù)除雜,可除去中藥中的一些大分子雜質(zhì),提高有效成 分純度,增強藥物療效。
對黃連解毒湯模擬體系的超濾膜過程進行了研究,以了解黃連解毒湯復(fù)方中小分子藥效物質(zhì)和共性高分子物質(zhì)的超濾行為及相互影響,探討中藥水提液超濾過程污染機制; 結(jié)果表明,截留分子質(zhì)量為 5kDa 的聚砜超濾膜對黃連解毒湯模擬溶液和復(fù)方溶液中藥效物質(zhì)小檗堿和梔子苷的透過率在 90% 以上,淀粉、果膠、蛋白質(zhì)三種高分子物質(zhì)的截留率為 100% ,能滿足中藥提純、精制的要求。
將膜分離技術(shù)用于金銀花綠原酸提取液的分離,先通過微濾膜 ( 聚偏氟乙烯膜) 截留去除綠原酸提取液中的不溶性固體顆粒及少量大分子物質(zhì),再用超濾膜 ( 聚砜膜) 截留去除蛋白質(zhì)、多糖、鞣質(zhì)及膠體物質(zhì)等雜質(zhì),最后通過反滲透膜 ( 醋酸纖維素酯膜) 濃縮料液及除去少量小分子物質(zhì); 最終綠原酸收率可達67. 75% ,產(chǎn)品純度可達 13.21% ,該技術(shù)完全可用于大規(guī)模初步分離綠原酸。
