膜分離技術(shù)用于中藥藥酒的制備,對提高藥酒穩(wěn)定性和澄清度有良好效果
無機(jī)陶瓷膜微濾對中藥藥酒的澄清效果,采用0. 2 μm 陶瓷微濾膜裝置對以黃芪為主要原料的中藥藥酒進(jìn)行了微濾, 結(jié)果表明采用無機(jī)陶瓷膜微濾后的藥液澄清效果非常好, 而中藥藥酒中的中藥活性成分 (黃芪甲苷) 不變。
將膜分離技術(shù)用于分離純化一種藥酒主要成分—淫羊藿總黃酮;先用微濾對淫羊藿提取液進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,以除去料液中的大分子雜質(zhì),然后用超濾膜 ( 偏氟乙烯膜) 分離微濾液中大于淫羊藿總黃酮分子質(zhì)量的無效成分,再將超濾液依次通過截留分子質(zhì)量為 800Da 和 500Da 的納濾膜 ( 芳香聚酰胺卷式納濾膜) 分段濃縮純化淫羊藿總黃酮,最后經(jīng)干燥濃縮、噴霧。
將膜分離技術(shù)用于制備中藥注射液,可除去熱原、增加注射液的穩(wěn)定性、提高藥效,還可縮短生產(chǎn)周期、降低生產(chǎn)成本。
例如用膜分離技術(shù)純化刺五加浸膏生產(chǎn)刺五加注射液,將精制刺五加浸膏加注射用水稀釋至總黃酮為 15. 0 mg / mL,稀釋后用板框過濾器經(jīng)濾紙、微孔濾膜分別進(jìn)行過濾,再經(jīng)過系列卷式膜過濾系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行過濾,用 20% 氫氧化鈉調(diào) pH 到 5.0, 加熱至沸,經(jīng)四級卷式超濾膜過濾后,指標(biāo)性成分總黃酮的平均轉(zhuǎn)移率為94.89%,微生物的平均截留率為 90.00% ,藥液體積平均過濾效率為 96.87% ,表明卷式超濾膜可用于純化刺五加浸膏生產(chǎn)刺五加注射液,且應(yīng)用膜分離技術(shù)純化剌五加浸膏后,刺五加注射液生產(chǎn)周期縮短了3個月。
